Community Input Meetings

Community Input Meetings Set for October 29 – Review Draft Zoning Code Recommendations

La Crosse, WI (October 2025) The City of La Crosse invites residents to Public Input Meetings on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, to review preliminary recommendations for the Zoning Code Update. After gathering feedback from over 875 community members through surveys, Housing Week events, and neighborhood meetings, the project team is ready to share how this input has shaped draft recommendations

Two open-house style sessions will be held:

Attendees can view interactive boards, hear a short presentation at the start of each meeting, and speak directly with project team members. Community feedback gathered at these meetings will inform the next phase, which is drafting the updated zoning and subdivision code.

Parking

Black River Beach Neighborhood Center parking is accessible via Sill Street. Southside Neighborhood Center parking is accessible via Hood Street and Farnam Street, with street parking also available.

Feedback Opportunities

Unable to attend? A video recording of the presentation and an online feedback form will be available at www.forwardlacrosse.org following the meetings.
