River Travel Media (RTM) supported the La Crosse Center‘s La Crosse Winter Roots Festival by planning and implementing the winter-themed event. RTM provided advertising opportunities through partner newsletters, social media, and traditional media. We created ongoing design collateral and content, including podcasts, and offered comprehensive event planning services. This included sponsorship development, sales, and deliverables. Additionally, we worked with festival partners to gather essential promotional content, facilitated communication between the Festival Director and partners, and established shared responsibilities to ensure the festival’s success.
